Greetings! I am Ms. Stimpson, the library at Red Mountain Middle School. My pronouns are she/her.
I've worked here in the library here since the school year of 2018-2019. Before that I worked in Deming Public Schools as a high school English Language Arts teacher. I've worked for DPS in some capacity or another since 2012. My desire when I returned home after college was to give back to the community that I grew up in, being an alumni of DPS (GO class of '06!), and having been nurtured in many ways towards the career path I was to follow.
My education is in library and information science and books are a passion for me. I love to see students fall in love with the written word, as it helps us to learn from and process the world around us.
